Custodial Fund definition

Custodial Fund or “Fund” means the fund maintained in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including both the Cash Account and the Investment Account.
Custodial Fund means a fund or funds managed by the Foundation pursuant to a custodial fund agreement wherein the Funds are not owned by the Foundation.
Custodial Fund means the fund established by the Employer as a convenient method of setting aside a portion of its assets to meet its obligations under the Plan, as provided in Section 5.1. The Custodial Fund shall be composed of the total of all assets held by the Custodians (including Contracts issued under the Plan to the Employer by any Custodian) in accordance with the terms of the Plan. The portion of the Custodial Fund held by each Custodian shall constitute a custodial account or contract (within the meaning of Sections 401(f) and 457(g)(3) of the Code).

Examples of Custodial Fund in a sentence

  • If the Employer has designated a Custodian in the Adoption Agreement, the term "Custodial Fund" shall be substituted for "Trust Fund" throughout this Plan, the Trust Agreement and the Adoption Agreement.

  • Furthermore, Pledgor shall deliver to the Custodial Fund all certificates or other documents representing or evidencing the Escrow Shares which are released during the Lock-Up Period by the Escrow Agent to Pledgor pursuant to the terms of the Escrow Agreement to the Custodian to be held in the Custodial Fund.
