Current Vendor definition

Current Vendor has the meaning set forth in Section 2.27(b) hereof.
Current Vendor means any Person from whom the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has purchased goods or services since May 1, 1998. Since June 30, 2001, no Current Vendor has canceled or terminated any Material Agreement or notified the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in writing or orally of its intent to cancel or terminate any Material Agreement.
Current Vendor means any vendor, supplier, licensor, licensee, lessor or lessee, service provider or other business relation of the Company on either the Closing Date or during the twelve (12) month period prior to such date.

Related to Current Vendor

  • Company Joint Venture means any corporation or other entity (including partnership, limited liability company and other business association) that is not a Company Subsidiary and in which the Company or one or more Company Subsidiaries owns an equity interest (other than equity interests held for passive investment purposes which are less than 5% of any class of the outstanding voting securities or other equity of any such entity).

  • consortium or joint venture means an association of persons for the purpose of combining their expertise, property, capital, efforts, skill and knowledge in an activity for the execution of a contract;

  • Current Subsidiary means any Person in which the Company on the Subscription Date, directly or indirectly, (i) owns any of the outstanding capital stock or holds any equity or similar interest of such Person or (ii) controls or operates all or any part of the business, operations or administration of such Person, and all of the foregoing, collectively, “Current Subsidiaries.”

  • Prime Vendor – means any person (natural or juristic) who forwards an acceptable proposal in response to this RFB with the intention of being the main contractor should the proposal be awarded to him/her.

  • Target Company means each of the Company and its direct and indirect Subsidiaries.
