Current Tenants definition

Current Tenants means those tenants who are lawfully in residence at the Project on the date of this Use Agreement. Current Tenants shall not include any persons defined below as "New Tenants."

  • Major Tenants has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 7.2.

  • Subtenant means any Person entitled to occupy, use, or possess any Premises under a Sublease.
