The Current Stock Price shall be the fair market value, as determined by the Board of the Directors of the Company from time to time, provided that, if the Company's shares are traded on an exchange or over the counter, then the Current Stock Price shall be the average of the closing prices of the Company's common stock for the last 10 (ten) trading days.
The Current Stock Price for the initial issuance on September 1st, 2016 is $1.00 per share.
