Current Service Levels definition
Current Service Levels means the AMG-Wide Service Levels and the Group-Specific Service Levels listed in this Exhibit 4 as of the Supplement Effective Date.

Unless requested by Service Recipient, in no event will the Service Levels be made less favourable to Service Recipient as a result of such reviews and changes In all cases where an item is deemed to be non-contractual in terms of this agreement, the Service recipient reserves the right to sacrifice the Current Service Levels and temporarily indemnify the Provider during such periods from service credits, in the order to avoid additional costs that may accrue to the Recipient.
