Current Schedule definition

Current Schedule means the Schedule or certificate approved by the Company and attached or intended to be attached to the Public and Products Liability Insurance Policy, or any schedule or certificate which replaces it.
Current Schedule means Supplier’s most up-to-date working schedule, prepared based on the Work Schedule, indicating for a specific reporting period the actual progress of the work and forecasting of future performance to complete the work.
Current Schedule means the schedule that has progress information (updates) reported against in-progress and completed activities. Update information is used to re-calculate / reforecast the most likely "early start" dates of the remaining incomplete activities as sequenced by the Plan. This calculation establishes to the earliest forecasted completion date of the project which allows project managers to determine if they are ahead, on, or behind schedule to meet the contractual completion date. A current schedule has no standing and is considered a working document to evaluate progress against an Approved Schedule.

More Definitions of Current Schedule

Current Schedule means the last schedule we sent to you. Customer means any person who wishes to purchase a Publication from the Specialist Retailer at the Premises.
Current Schedule means the Baseline Schedule that the Contractor has updated to reflect the actual progress of the Work;
Current Schedule means a critical path method type schedule prepared and periodically updated in accordance with Section 5.1 and Section 5.2 based on the form set forth in Exhibit H‑1.

Current Schedule means the Schedule or certificate signed by the authorised person of the Company and attached or intended to be attached to the Public and Products Liability Insurance Policy, or any schedule or certificate which replaces it. “Deductible” means the amount specified in the Current Schedule which is the amount (inclusive of supplementary payments) per Occurrence that must be paid by the Insured. “Employee” means any person employed under a contract of employment or of service by the Insured or by other means has an employment relationship with the Insured during the Period of Insurance. “Employment Practices” means any wrongful, unfair or unreasonable dismissal, denial of natural justice, defamation, misleading representation or advertising, sexual harassment or discrimination in respect of employment or prospective employment by the Insured. “Hovercraft” means a vehicle which travels across land or water above a cushion of air provided by a downward jet, as from its engines and propellers. “Insured” means: (a) Companies as listed in the Current Schedule and their subsidiary companies. (b) Any principal in respect of the legal liability of such principal arising out of the performance by a company referred to in (a) above of any contract or agreement for the performance of work for such principal, but limited always to the extent of cover and the Limit of Liability provided in this Policy.
Current Schedule means for purposes of the Agreement that schedule then in effect of a series of a schedules intended to be embodied in Exhibits to this Agreement beginning with annexed Exhibit “A-1,” each of which it is intended to supplement and/or amend the preceding exhibit designated in the form “Exhibit 'A-2,'” “Exhibit 'A-3',” “Exhibit 'A-4',” etc., identifying those Receivables which have most recently been sold, assigned and transferred by Medical Provider to CMFG pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. All financial transactions detailed and described herein, including but not limited to initial fundings, collection allocations, waterfall calculations and backend splits shall be based upon the totals in the “batches”/Exhibits and/or Current Schedule.

Related to Current Schedule

  • Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.

  • Shift Schedule means a projection of Employees’ shifts with regard to days worked and days off, including shift starting and terminating times.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.
