Current Resident Census definition
Current Resident Census means the number of Verified Residents at the Facilities as of October 20, 2024, as more particularly shown on Exhibit M attached hereto.

Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;
permanent resident means any occupant of any room or rooms in a hotel or transient accommodation for at least 90 consecutive days shall be considered a permanent resident with regard to the period of such occupancy.
Urban service area means a five-digit ZIP code in
Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;
Annual Business Plan means the development plan and budget report for Party B’s Business in the next calendar year which is prepared by Party B with the assistance of Party A pursuant to this Agreement before November 30 of each year.
