Current Project Appraisal definition
Current Project Appraisal means an appraisal of the Project obtained by Lender within sixty (60) days after the Second Amendment Effective Date from Metropolitan Appraisal Group (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, appraiser), or such other appraiser reasonably approved by Lender, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender in its good faith sole discretion.
