Current patient definition

Current patient means a patient who has had a patient encounter with the provider or his professional practice during the two-year period immediately preceding the date of the record transfer.
Current patient means a Patient who had received dental care at an Office prior to January 1, 2008.
Current patient means any person who is the recipient of a professional service rendered by the practitioner for purposes of diagnosis, treatment, or a consultation related to treatment.
