Current Outstanding Amount means at any time during a Calculation Period, the aggregate of the Remaining Initial Issue Price at that time and an amount equal to EURIBOR applied to the Remaining Initial Issue Price from time to time in respect of that Calculation Period and EURIBOR applied to the Remaining Initial Issue Price from time to time in respect of each Calculation Period falling prior to that Calculation Period, less an amount equal to the amount by which the total of (i) any Callable Subscription Monies paid by the Borrower in respect of PEI Preferred Equity Shares which have been held by the Borrower and (ii) the Callable Subscription Monies, in respect of each PEI Preferred Equity Share which the Borrower has disposed of (and therefore it would have no liability on a call in respect of such share), at the time of the relevant disposal, exceeds the Satisfied Initial Issue Price.
