Current Operations definition

Current Operations means the interests identified in Schedule 1, as amended from time to time, other than the Australian operations;
Current Operations means the Company's operations in relation to its Mineral Properties as of the date of the Purchase Notice;
Current Operations shall refer to the Operating Income arising from operations in connection with the conduct of the Business at the Principal Offices.

Prudent Operating Practice is not intended to be limited to the optimum practice, method or act to the exclusion of all others, but rather to acceptable practices, methods or acts generally accepted in the electric power industry in the Western United States.
