Current Operating Assets definition

Current Operating Assets means, as of the Effective Time, accounts receivable, net of intercompany receivables, inventory, prepaids, and other current assets.
Current Operating Assets means cash and cash equivalents, trade accounts receivable, inventory, and other current assets, all determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.
Current Operating Assets is calculated as set forth in Section 7.2(e) of the Company Disclosure Schedule.
