Current Offerings. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-Semiconductor may place Key Requests or orders with Cadence for any Cadence Software marketed by Cadence as a standard commercial product offering as of the Effective Date of this Agreement, excluding applications of Cadence's Comdisco Systems business operation.

Examples of Current Offerings in a sentence

  • The Current Offerings shall expire immediately following such new purchase date, and the Company ESPP shall terminate immediately prior to the Effective Time.

  • The Company will suspend the commencement of any future Offerings under the ESPP (excepting, for the avoidance of doubt, the Current Offerings) unless and until this Agreement is terminated.
