Current Offer definition
Current Offer means the offer dated May 15, 2006 made by Nosara Holdings Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Petro-Canada to purchase all of the Common Shares (as such offer may be amended, varied or extended);
Current Offer means the tender offer commenced by ATS, Inc., a Delaware corporation and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Woodside Petroleum, Ltd., on August 31, 2006.
Current Offer means the offer made by Third Avenue Management LLC, through CTOE LLC, on August 11, 2006 to purchase up to 18.17% of the outstanding Common Shares, or as such offer may be amended, varied or extended.
Examples of Current Offer in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, (i) a Distribution Date shall occur with respect to the Current Offer on the Shares Acquisition Date with respect to the Current Offer or such earlier date determined by the Board of Directors of the Company and (ii) no Distribution Date shall occur as a result of the closing of the merger contemplated by the Merger Agreement.
