Current money of the United States and proceeds from the sale of forfeited property will be divided between the Law Enforcement Agency and the Attorney representing the State in the following manner: 70% of the money and proceeds to the Law Enforcement Agency; and 30% of the money and proceeds to the Attorney representing the State, after deducting court costs and other necessary expenses (to include service of process costs).
