Current MIV definition
Current MIV is the current monthly intrinsic value of the transaction contemplated in this Agreement as calculated in accordance with Appendix XXII.
Current MIV is an amount as defined in Section 8.2 and calculated in accordance with Appendix VI.
Examples of Current MIV in a sentence
Beginning on the Initial Delivery Date and each Tuesday thereafter (provided that if a Tuesday is not a Business Day, then on the next following Business Day), throughout the Services Term, the calculation agent will calculate the Current MIV according to the formula set forth in Appendix VI for the next [thirty-six (36) months] [sixty (60) months] or the remainder of the Services Term, whichever is shorter.
