Current Mid Curve definition

Current Mid Curve means, with respect to a reference entity at any time on any Swap Counterparty City Business Day and with respect to each relevant date from and including such Swap Counterparty City Business Day to and including the Scheduled Termination Date, the simple average of the related Current Bid Curve and related Current Offer Curve.

Related to Current Mid Curve

  • Consolidated Current Ratio means, as of any date of determination, the ratio of (a) Consolidated Current Assets as of such date to (b) Consolidated Current Liabilities as of such date.

  • Net Current Assets means for any date of determination the net current assets of such Person at such date of determination calculated as set forth on Exhibit H attached hereto.

  • Consolidated Current Assets means, as at any date of determination, the total assets of Company and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis which may properly be classified as current assets in conformity with GAAP, excluding Cash and Cash Equivalents.

  • Real-time System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Office of the Interconnection’s dispatch of the PJM Interchange Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Consolidated Current Liabilities means, as at any date of determination, the total liabilities of Holdings and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis that may properly be classified as current liabilities in conformity with GAAP, excluding the current portion of long term debt.

  • Lowest Achievable Emission Rate (LAER means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • 5-year Mid-Swap Rate means, in relation to a Reset Interest Period and the Reset Rate of Interest Determination Date in relation to such Reset Interest Period:

  • Supply Period means for a Supply Point, the period beginning on the Start Date and ending on the Termination Date;

  • Normal Minimum Generation means the lowest output level of a generating resource under normal operating conditions.

  • Projected PJM Market Revenues means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. Proportional Multi-Driver Project: “Proportional Multi-Driver Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement. Pseudo-Tie:

  • Appraised Current Market Value of any Aircraft means the lower of the average and the median of the three most recent Post-Default Appraisals of such Aircraft.

  • Short-barreled rifle means a rifle having one or more barrels less than sixteen inches in length and any weapon made from a rifle by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.

  • Cash Settlement Averaging Period means (a) with respect to any Conversion Date occurring on or after the 24th Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period ending on, and including, the third Scheduled Trading Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date and (b) in all other cases, the twenty (20) consecutive Trading Day period beginning on, and including, the third Trading Day immediately following the relevant Conversion Date.

  • Short-barreled shotgun means a shotgun having one or more barrels less than eighteen inches in length and any weapon made from a shotgun by any means of modification if such modified weapon has an overall length of less than twenty-six inches.

  • Bid with Lowest Evaluated Cost means the bid quoting lowest cost amongst all those bids evaluated to be substantially responsive;

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Net metering period means the 12-month period following the date of final interconnection of the

  • M5 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 93.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (1) the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (2) the Overcollateralization Floor.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Lowest achievable emission rate or “LAER” means, for any source, the more stringent rate of emissions based on the following:

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.

  • State average current expense appropriations per student means the most

  • Interconnected Reliability Operating Limit or “IROL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) derived from, or a subset of, the System Operating Limits, which if exceeded, could expose a widespread area of the bulk electrical system to instability, uncontrolled separation(s) or cascading outages.
