Current Maison Stockholders definition
Current Maison Stockholders means any Person or Persons who are record or beneficial owners of Maison stock as of the date of this Stipulation and who continue to own Maison stock through the date of the Settlement Hearing (defined herein), excluding the Individual Defendants, the officers and directors of Maison, members of their immediate families, and their legal representatives, heirs, successors, or assigns, and any entity in which any of the Individual Defendants has or has had a controlling interest.
