Current LTV definition

Current LTV in relation to a Loan means the Current Balance of such Loan divided by the current property value (as per latest physical valuation).
Current LTV means, in respect of all Mortgage Loans relating to a Borrower and secured on the same property, the ratio calculated in respect of the most recent Interest Payment Date of the aggregate amount of the Principal Outstanding Balance of such Mortgage Loans on such Interest Payment Date to the valuation of the relevant property as at the date on which such Mortgage Loans were originated or, if later, any date on which a revaluation was required by law, provided that the Current LTV as at the Closing Date is calculated as the ratio of the aggregate amount of the Principal Outstanding Balance of such Mortgage Loans on the Collateral Determination Date to the valuation of the relevant property as at the date on which such Mortgage Loans were originated or, if later, any date on which a revaluation was required by law.

Current LTV means the current principal balance outstanding of the Mortgage (for the avoidance of doubt, including the current principal balance of any Further Advances secured by the same Property) divided by the latest appraised valuation of the Property.

  • Current Balance Sheet shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.
