Current Limit definition

Current Limit means the portion of the Credit Limit made available to you by the Credit Provider on a Card Account to utilise for the purchase of goods and/or services from any Participating Branches by means of the Card. The Current Limit is as specified in the Pre-Agreement Statement and Quotation or as amended by the Credit Provider from time to time;
Current Limit means the currently applicable dollar limit under section 415(b)(1)(A) of the Code.

  • The Borrower shall pay to the Facility Agent, for the account of the Lenders, on the Business Day following the date of the notice an amount equivalent to the sum of (i) the excess of the USD Amount over the Current Limit determined as per the date of the Facility Agent’s notice and (ii) the amount specified by the Facility Agent as the Break Costs and the other costs reasonably incurred, and losses suffered, by the Finance Parties as a result of the conversion.
