Current Inventories definition

Current Inventories means all inventories of Products in the market other than “Discontinued Product Inventories”. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, “Current Inventories” shall exclude all inventories of Products in Licensee’s direct retail stores and the G▇▇▇▇▇▇ brand Store in Harajuku, Japan.
