Current installment means the intervening period between regularly scheduled payments;

Examples of Current installment in a sentence

  • The following costs and expenses have been prorated between the Seller and Buyer: Current installment of real property taxes and assessments levied against the Property, current utilities, income, amounts payable under Contracts (to the extent assumed by Buyer), permits and license fees, and other current operating and maintenance expenses of the Property.

  • Current installment payments will be disbursed directly by the debtor, as specified below, subject to any contrary court order or rule.

  • Repayment Instalment has the meaning given to it in Clause 6.1 (Repayment of Loan).

  • Term Loan Installment Date means any Term B Loan Installment Date or any Incremental Term Loan Installment Date.
