Current Honest Stockholders definition
Current Honest Stockholders means any Person or Persons who are record or beneficial owners of Honest stock as of the date of this Stipulation and who continue to own Honest stock through the date of the Settlement Hearing (defined herein), excluding the Individual Defendants, the officers and directors of Honest, members of their immediate families, and their legal representatives, heirs, successors, or assigns, and any entity in which any of the Individual Defendants has or has had a controlling interest.
