Current financial statement definition

Current financial statement means a financial statement prepared within twelve months of the application date.
Current financial statement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.6(a) hereof.
Current financial statement means the balance sheet, income statement, and any other financial reports as deemed appropriate by the director for the most recent fiscal year.
