Current Exchange Value definition

Current Exchange Value means the product of the Current Per Share Market Price of Common Shares on the date of the occurrence of an Exchange Determination (or the next Business Day, if such date is not a Business Day) multiplied by the number of Common Shares for which the Right would otherwise be exchangeable (without regard to whether there were sufficient Common Shares available therefor).
Current Exchange Value has the meaning set forth in Section 24(d).

Examples of Current Exchange Value in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 24(c) only, the Current Exchange Value shall mean the product of the (i) Current Market Price per Ordinary Share on the date of the occurrence of the event described above in subparagraph (a), multiplied by the number of Ordinary Shares for which the Right otherwise would be exchangeable if there were sufficient shares available.
