Current Due Amount definition

Current Due Amount means the minimum payment for your line of credit as set out in the CIBC Personal Line of Credit Borrowing Application that you will make each month, on or before the payment due date.

Related to Current Due Amount

  • Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.

  • Note Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Notes after giving effect to payments of principal made on the Notes on such Payment Date.

  • Accrued Interest Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, an amount equal to one month’s interest on the applicable Principal Deficiency Amount at the Net WAC of the applicable Loan Group, plus any interest accrued on such Undercollateralized Group remaining unpaid from prior Distribution Dates.

  • Balance Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1 of this Agreement.

  • Interest Expense Coverage Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of (a) Consolidated EBITDA for such period to (b) Consolidated Interest Expense for such period.
