Recurrent Disability means a Disability caused by an Injury or Sickness that is the same as, or related to, the cause of a prior Disability for which Monthly Benefits were payable. A Recurrent Disability will be treated as follows.
Community mental health program means all mental health
Qualified mental health professional means a licensed medical practitioner or any other person meeting the qualifications specified in OAR 309-019-0125.
Progressive discipline means a process of applying and documenting disciplinary actions progressing from less to more serious depending on the employee’s history and the nature of the offense.
Community Mental Health Program (CMHP) means the organization of all services for individuals with mental or emotional disorders operated by, or contractually affiliated with, a local Mental Health Authority operated in a specific geographic area of the state under an intergovernmental agreement or direct contract with the Authority.
