Current Cash Compensation definition

Current Cash Compensation means the sum of one year of Executive’s annual base salary from the Company as in effect on the date Executive’s employment terminates and the average of the annual cash bonuses paid to Executive for the Company’s two fiscal years ending before the date Executive’s employment with the Company terminates; provided that any extraordinary bonuses shall not be considered in determining Current Cash Compensation. (For this purpose, a bonus is an “extraordinary bonus” if it is characterized as such in a resolution approved by the Committee in connection with the payment of the bonus.)
Current Cash Compensation means the component of Current Compensation payable in cash or by check or electronic transfer, excluding signing bonuses and Incentive Compensation.
Current Cash Compensation is the sum of Executive's annual base salaries from the REIT and the Company as in effect on the date Executive's employment terminates and the highest annual bonuses paid to Executive for the REIT's and the Company's current fiscal year or the prior three fiscal years of the REIT and the Company preceding the termination of his employment. The Termination Benefits shall be payable in a single cash sum within seven days of Executive's termination of employment in accordance with Section 3.   • If, at the time the Player is fined and/or suspended, the Current Cash Compensation remaining to be paid to the Player under this Contract is not sufficient to cover such fine and/or suspension, then the Player agrees promptly to pay the amount directly to the Team.

In no event shall Executive’s Termination Compensation include equity-based compensation (e.g., income realized as a result of Executive’s exercise of non-qualified stock options or other stock based benefits).

  • Cash Bonus means an award of a bonus payable in cash pursuant to Section 10 hereof.

  • Clawback Eligible Incentive Compensation means all Incentive-based Compensation Received by an Executive Officer (i) on or after the effective date of the applicable Nasdaq rules, (ii) after beginning service as an Executive Officer, (iii) who served as an Executive Officer at any time during the applicable performance period relating to any Incentive-based Compensation (whether or not such Executive Officer is serving at the time the Erroneously Awarded Compensation is required to be repaid to the Company), (iv) while the Company has a class of securities listed on a national securities exchange or a national securities association, and (v) during the applicable Clawback Period (as defined below).
