Current Advance definition

Current Advance means the Advance outstanding immediately preceding the Commencement Date. QVC’s obligation to make Adjustments to the Advance are conditioned on the continued existence of a reliable source of supply of the Products.

Examples of Current Advance in a sentence

  • Prior to December 31, 2000, the Company will not increase the Current Advance or make additional advances to the Executive unless the amount of the Current Advance is less than the Revenue Advance.
