Curbside/Roadside definition
Curbside/Roadside means four (4) feet from the edge of the traveled road or an alternative designated physical location for the placement of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials and Yard Trash accumulations intended for Residential Collection Service. This designated location shall be as near as possible to the traveled streets or alley. The intention of a Curbside/Roadside designation is to allow collection by the Contractor's personnel in a rapid manner with minimal walking or reaching. In all cases, the appropriate Manager or designee shall have the authority to approve or specify the precise location for such Curbside/Roadside placement.
