During the terms of the Lease Agreement, the Lessee has entered into operating leases with third parties, with the purpose of subleasing the Leased Property to generate rental income from the sub- lessees.
Curbline will pay (or cause payment of) this amount to Executive within 30 days of the Termination Date.

The determination of whether any reduction in such payments or benefits to be provided hereunder is required pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be made at the expense of Curbline, if requested by Executive or Curbline, by Curbline’s independent accountants or a nationally recognized law firm chosen by Curbline.
Each such Annual Bonus shall be on the terms and subject to such conditions as are specified for the particular Curbline plans or programs pursuant to which such Annual Bonus is granted.
In particular, Executive will continue to be entitled to the full benefit of the indemnification agreement then in effect between Executive and Curbline (the “Indemnification Agreement”) for so long as that Indemnification Agreement remains in effect according to its terms.
The awards described in this Section 3.3 will at all times be subject to the approval of the Committee and to the terms and conditions of the Curbline Properties Corp.
The term “Subsidiary” means any corporation, partnership, or other entity a majority of the voting control of which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by Curbline.
