Curbline definition

Curbline means, where the curb is constructed, the line thereof; where no curb is constructed “curbline” shall be construed as meaning the edge of the travelled portion of the highway.

  • In particular, Executive will continue to be entitled to the full benefit of the indemnification agreement then in effect between Executive and Curbline (the “Indemnification Agreement”) for so long as that Indemnification Agreement remains in effect according to its terms.

  • The awards described in this Section 3.3 will at all times be subject to the approval of the Committee and to the terms and conditions of the Curbline Properties Corp.

  • The term “Subsidiary” means any corporation, partnership, or other entity a majority of the voting control of which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by Curbline.
