Curb Mile definition

Curb Mile means a swept path not less than eight (8) feet wide for a cumulative total length of 5,280 feet.
Curb Mile means a cube mile equals 5,280 feet measured along the gutter pan of the curb by the width from face of curb to yellow line, or face of curb (median island).
Curb Mile means one mile of City street from the face of curb, extending out onto the street with the width of the sweeper. In the case of streets or other roadways that do not have curbs, once curb mile would be one mile down the center of the roadway, the width of the sweeper.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide 1647 Street Sweeping Service for each Curb Mile of residential streets in the Town once every 1648 other week on a scheduled route basis.

  • Any Curb Mile not swept due to such 11 circumstances shall not be subject to the reduction in payment due to non-performance as 12 set forth in this Agreement.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, this allowance cannot be claimed in addition to the allowance in 23.6.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide 4 Residential Street Sweeping Service for each Curb Mile in the Service District once 5 every month (to be updated based on frequency selected by CITY) on a scheduled 6 route basis.

  • Within any Curb Mile, CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for 12 sweeping all curbs including Median Islands, traffic calming islands and the corners 13 from any cross street intersecting the subject street, but shall not be responsible for 14 sweeping Traffic Islands.
