CUPID means Communications Provider Identification Code
CUPID means Communications Provider Identity Code, (previously known as Licenced Operator Identity Codes (“LOPID”) which are a number allocated to Communications Providers by Ofcom that is adopted or otherwise used for administrative purposes to identify other Communications Providers;
CUPID has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
