Cumulative Variance definition

Cumulative Variance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(d)(vii).
Cumulative Variance has the meaning given in Section 2 of Article XXII of the General Terms and Conditions of TransCanada’s Transportation Tariff. For the avoidance of doubt, if the accumulation of the daily differences between the “Total Authorized Quantity” and the “Total Allocated Quantity” (as such terms are defined in Section 2 of Article XXII of the General Terms and Conditions of TransCanada’s Transportation Tariff) under the FT Contract is greater than or less than zero (0) GJ, the Cumulative Variances under the FT Contract will be greater than zero (0) GJ.
