Cumulative Threshold definition

Cumulative Threshold means 35% of the shares in the capital stock of the Company held by Renren Listco as of immediately following the last Closing (on an as-converted to Common Stock basis).
Cumulative Threshold means (pound)2,000,000 (in April 1995 prices).
Cumulative Threshold means, at any given point in time, the Cumulative Net Return Amount that represents an internal rate of return of twenty five per cent. (25%) and MoM of 2.5 times of the Cumulative Investment Amount.

  • In no event shall (A) Executive be required to repay any amounts previously received under this Exhibit III and/or (B) Executive not receive a payment for a quarter if the Baseline Performance Metrics, Threshold Performance Metrics, Cumulative Baseline Performance Metrics, or Cumulative Threshold Performance Metrics for such quarter are achieved (unless Executive fails to meet the condition set forth in sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(A), above).

  • Threshold Amount: On any date, the greater of zero and an amount equal to: (a) the Initial Threshold Amount; minus (b) the Cumulative Threshold Loss Amount on such date.

  • In no event shall (A) Executive be required to repay any amounts previously received under this Exhibit IV and/or (B) Executive not receive a payment for a quarter if the Baseline Performance Metrics, Threshold Performance Metrics, Cumulative Baseline Performance Metrics, or Cumulative Threshold Performance Metrics for such quarter are achieved (unless Executive fails to meet the condition set forth in sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(A), above).

  • Cumulative Threshold Loss Amount: On any date, an amount equal to the sum of each positive and negative Threshold Loss Allocation determined in respect of each Calculation Date occurring prior to or on such date.
