Cumulative Preferred Return definition

Cumulative Preferred Return means, with respect to a Limited Partner holding Class A LP Units, and at any time of determination, the sum of the Preferred Return earned by such Limited Partner under the terms of the Partnership Agreement prior to the date of such determination;
Cumulative Preferred Return means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Preferred return for the period beginning with the first day of the current Fiscal Year and ending on the date of determination and (ii) the Preferred Return for all previous Fiscal Years.
Cumulative Preferred Return shall be equal to an interest rate accruing from the date any Excess Capital Contributions until such amount is actually repaid in full at the lesser of: (i) the prime rate as quoted from time to time in the money rate section of the Xxxx Xxxxxx Journal plus five percent (5%) per annum or (ii) the maximum nonusurious interest rate allowed by law, compounded annually, on the then outstanding balance thereof. The outstanding balance of accrued interest as of January 1 of each year in which an Excess Additional Capital Contribution is outstanding shall be compounded annually by adding the unpaid interest to the then outstanding principal amount of the Excess Additional Capital Contribution plus any previously compounded interest.

More Definitions of Cumulative Preferred Return

Cumulative Preferred Return means twelve (12%) percent, per annum, on the Outstanding Capital Contribution of the Class A Limited Partner commencing on the date the Class A Limited Partner made its Original Capital Contribution and continuing until the Outstanding Capital Contribution of the Class A Limited Partner equals zero.
Cumulative Preferred Return means a return of ten percent (10%) per annum, compounded annually to the extent not distributed pursuant to Section 5.3.A, on the Unreturned Invested Capital of the Partners. The Cumulative Preferred Return shall begin to accrue on the Effective Date; provided, however, that for purposes of computing the Cumulative Preferred Return and the amounts distributable under Section 5.3.A there shall be deemed to be outstanding on the Effective Date $25,380,000 of accrued unpaid Cumulative Preferred Return.
