Cumulative Performance Period definition

Cumulative Performance Period means, as applicable (i) the period from the Grant Date to December 31, 2022, and (ii) the period from the Grant Date to December 31, 2023.
Cumulative Performance Period shall comprise the period commencing on January 1, [●] and ending on December 31, [●]. Under this Agreement, the following three Performance Periods shall apply to the Performance Goal based on Cash Flow: • The First Performance Period; • The Second Performance Period; and • The Third Performance Period.

  • If, after giving effect to the Absolute TSR Cap and the Relative TSR Modifier, the percentage of the Grantee’s 2024 LTIP Unit (PB) that will become vested as of the end of the Cumulative Performance Period exceeds 100%, then 2024-2 LTIP Units (PB) shall be granted and issued as of the vesting date pursuant to Section 3(b) above shall be immediately vested upon such grant and issuance.

  • Vested 2024 LTIP Units (PB) shall be entitled to receive the full distribution payable on Units outstanding as of the record date next following the last day of the Cumulative Performance Period, whether or not they will have been outstanding for the whole period.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Section 5 or pursuant to the Stock Plan, the vesting of the 2024 LTIP Units (PB) requires Continuous Service through the last day of the Cumulative Performance Period as a condition to the vesting of the 2024 LTIP Units (PB).

  • If the Participant’s employment with the Company or a Subsidiary terminates on account of death, a number of Shares equal to a pro-rata portion of the Target Shares, based on the number of days in the Cumulative Performance Period that have elapsed prior to the Participant’s termination on account of death shall be deemed to be Earned Shares.


More Definitions of Cumulative Performance Period

Cumulative Performance Period means the two-year period beginning with the 2018 Fiscal Year and ending with the 2019 Fiscal Year.
