During such time, the positive difference between the Accelerated Lessor Rent Amount and the Cumulative Basic Rent Adjustment (such amount, the “Lessor Shortfall Amount”) shall be credited against each subsequent payment of Basic Rent, and Lessee shall not pay any additional Basic Rent which is comprised of Yield which has accrued on the Lessor Amount until the Lessor Shortfall Amount is reduced to zero.
