Client shall be the sole and exclusive owner of Cultured Cells at all times during the term of this Agreement and, subject to Section 8, following termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Cultured Product Royalties and Sublicensee Cultured Product Royalties due under Section 3.3(a)(i) and Section 3.3(a)(ii) that are not paid when due shall accrue interest at the rate of [***], whichever is lower, from the date such amounts were originally payable hereunder.
