Culpable negligence definition

Culpable negligence means negligence of a gross and flagrant character which evinces a reckless disregard for the state financial assets entrusted to a contract manager and leads to a presumption of indifference to the consequences.
Culpable negligence means reckless disregard of human life or safety and consciously doing an act or following a course of conduct that the actor knew, or rea- sonably should have known, was likely to cause bodily injury.
