Culpable Behaviour definition
Culpable Behaviour means deliberate and/or intentional and is under the Employee's control. Culpable behaviour occurs when the Employee knows what is expected, and is capable of performing his or her duties but refuses.
Culpable Behaviour means behaviour where employees are responsible and deserving of blame. That is, employees know or should know what is required, are capable of doing what is required, but choose to act in a manner other than is required.
