MEA CULPA will not be held liable by the CLIENT and the CLIENT will not have any claim of whatsoever nature against MEA CULPA as a result of MEA CULPA not being able to provide services as a result of weather, fire or any sudden unforeseen event that may prevent it from fulfilling its obligations.
