Culinary Center definition

Culinary Center means a food hall, commercial kitchen, culinary school and event center of approximately 60,000 square feet to be located in the former Henry’s department store with an existing street address of ▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to be operated in accordance with this Agreement.
