Cueto Group means Costa Verde Aeronáutica S.A., and the group of individuals that as of the date hereof are the Controlling Persons of Costa Verde Aeronáutica S.A., Costa Verde Aeronáutica SpA, Costa Verde Aeronáutica Tres SpA, Inversiones Nueva Costa Verde Aeronáutica Ltda., Inversiones Priesca Dos y Cía. Ltda., Inversiones Caravia Dos y Cía. Ltda., Inversiones El Fano Dos y Cía. Ltda., Inversiones La Espasa Dos S.A. and Inversiones La Espasa Dos y Cía. Ltda., and their respective heirs and successors, as well as any other entities controlled by such individuals heirs and successors.
