Cueing means giving verbal, audio, or visual clues during an activity to help an individual complete the activity without hands-on assistance.
Lacquer means a clear or opaque wood coating, including clear lacquer sanding sealers, formulated with cellulosic or synthetic resins to dry by evaporation without chemical reaction and to provide a solid, protective film.
SID means the supplementary information document of which these Terms form part;
Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.
Façade means the principal front or fronts of a building.
Roomer means a person occupying a dwelling unit that lacks a major bathroom or kitchen facility, in a structure where one or more major facilities are used in common by occupants of the dwelling unit and other dwelling units. Major facility in the case of a bathroom means toilet, or either a bath or shower, and in the case of a kitchen means refrigerator, stove or sink.
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
Print means a multiple produced by, but not limited to, such processes as engraving, etching, woodcutting, lithography, and serigraphy, a multiple produced or developed from a photographic negative, or a multiple produced or developed by any combination of such processes.
SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority established by section 3 of the South African Qualifications Authority Act, 1995 (Act 58 of 1995);
MR means the mechanical rights granted in clauses 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.
Booth means a booth in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition which the Council licenses the Participant to use for the duration of the Exhibition.
Holocene means the most recent epoch of the Quaternary period, extending from the end of the Pleistocene Epoch to the present.
We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.
Ditto means the whole of the preceding description in which it occurs. Where it occurs in description of succeeding item it shall mean the same as in the first description of the series in which it occurs except as qualified in the description concerned. Where it occurs in brackets it shall mean the whole of the preceding description which is contained within the appropriate brackets.
manoeuvring area means that part of an aerodrome to be used for the take-off, landing and taxiing of aircraft, excluding aprons;
Winner means a person (other than the person making the supply referred to in sub-paragraph (2)) playing successfully.
Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.
glider means a non-power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces, which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Billboard Sign means an outdoor sign that advertises goods, products, or services that are not sold or offered on the property where the sign is located, and is either single faced or double faced;
MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;
Bouquet or “bouquet of channels” means an assortment of distinct channels offered together as a group or as a bundle and all its grammatical variations and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly;
IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.
Loft means an intermediary floor on a residual space in a pitched roof; above normal floor level with a maximum height of 1.5 metres and which is constructed or adopted for storage purposes;
SOL means the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) that satisfies the most limiting of the prescribed operating criteria for a specified system configuration to ensure operation within acceptable reliability criteria.
PETE means polyethylene terephthalate, labeled by the SPI code #1.
