CUE definition

CUE. , means the General Rules Applicable to Securities Issuers and Other Securities Market Participants (Disposiciones de Carácter General aplicables a las Emisoras de Valores y a otros Participantes del Mercado de Valores), published in the Federal Official Gazette (Diario Oficial de la Federación) on March 19, 2003, as amended, either in full or in part, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time.
CUE means Comité de Unidades Ejecutoras the committee comprised of one representative of each MEP’s technical units responsible for rural education services, which committee will monitor Project implementation, and referred to in Section 3.04 (b) of this Agreement;

  • YOU AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE CUE PRODUCTS MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES.

  • THE CONTENT AND TOOLS PROVIDED BY THE CUE PRODUCTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE INDEPENDENT MEDICAL ADVICE.

  • NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY CUE OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE A WARRANTY.
