CUC statement definition

CUC statement means a statement of account issued by us in respect of your CUC account reflecting the CUC outstanding balance for the period specified therein; “CUC outstanding balance” includes all transactions, interest, fees, charges and liabilities (including any QC Minimum Payment) due and payable to us in any month in respect of or in connection with the CUC account and/or pursuant to this Agreement; “CUC minimum payment” for any month means the minimum payment due and payable on the CUC outstanding balance for that month, as determined in accordance with clause 5(d) of the Citibank UltraCash Customer’s agreement;

  • If we are unable to produce or send a CUC statement to you for any reason whatsoever, your liability for interest shall still continue.

The Fund, subject to the Registration Statement having been declared effective and the filing of the Prospectus under Rule 497, has taken all required action under the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act, the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “1934 Act”) and the Rules and Regulations to make the public offering and consummate the sale of the Securities as contemplated by this Agreement.
