CUC cheque definition
CUC cheque means a cheque on the CUC account; “CUC communication” includes all notices, demands, advice and other communications, including without limitation, the CUC statement, CRC Card, CRC Card PIN, Citibank ATM/Debit Card, Citibank ATM/Debit Card PIN, TBS Access Code and CUC chequebooks;
CUC cheque means a cheque on the CUC account; “CUC communication” includes all notices, demands, advice and other communications, including without limitation, the CUC statement, CRC Card, CRC Card PIN, Citibank ATM/Debit Card, Citibank ATM/Debit Card PIN, TBS Access Code and CUC chequebooks; “CUC outstanding balance” includes all transactions, interest, fees, charges and liabilities (including any RCPL Minimum Payment) due and payable to us in any month in respect of or in connection with the CUC account and/or pursuant to this Agreement; “CUC minimum payment” for any month means the minimum payment due and payable on the CUC outstanding balance for that month, as determined in accordance with clause 5(d) of the Citibank UltraCash Customer’s agreement;
Examples of CUC cheque in a sentence
If you do not terminate your CUC account after we have given such notice of change, you shall be deemed to have accepted such changes without reservation regardless of whether or not you continue to use the CRC Card, the Citibank ATM/Debit Card, issue any CUC cheque or otherwise operate the CUC account after such notice.
You shall not use your CUC account or issue a CUC cheque to pay the minimum payment or any other monies owing to us in respect of or in relation to your CUC account and/or this Agreement.
