If the Prime Contractor fails to meet the agreed upon implementation and delivery dates, the State will apply the applicable CTS Service Level Agreements (SLA).

The CTS Service Desk is the single point of contact for Customer problem reporting, escalation, and notification.
Should the Customer be unable to resolve the problem after completing Tier 1 troubleshooting activities, the Customer Helpdesk will escalate the matter to the CTS Service Desk.
Where a Pool is comprised of Customers taking CTS Service, the Company will utilize upstream assets and gas supply as required to accommodate variations in Seller’s daily account balance between Seller’s gas deliveries and the actual gas consumption of the Pool.
Either party may terminate this agreement with sixty (60) days written notification to the other Party with a courtesy copy of the notice to the CTS Service Desk unless otherwise provided within this SLA.
