CTPD definition

CTPD means a school district or group of school districts designated by the department of education as being responsible for the planning for and provision of career-technical education services to students within the district or group. A community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code or a STEM school established under Chapter 3326. of the Revised Code that is serving students in any of grades seven through twelve shall be assigned to a career-technical planning district by the department.
CTPD means, with respect to any Canadian Taxing Authority, any dispute between such Canadian Taxing Authority and CCI if and to the extent such dispute relates to the adjustment of amounts relevant in the computation of Taxes by such Canadian Taxing Authority on account of transfer pricing between CCI or any of its predecessors, on the one hand, and Chrysler, any of its United States Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors, on the other hand, for CCI's taxation years or portions thereof beginning on or after January 1, 1996 and ending on or before August 3, 2007.

  • Accept MSCC graduates who have earned an Associate of Applied Science or Associate of Science (AAS or AS) degree with a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade from CTPD at MSCC into one of the CECS bachelor’s degree programs at UTC.

  • I understand and agree that, unless on Centre’s conduct that conflict the State Laws, procedurally, I’m must first exhaust all the internal avenues of having my compliant/grievance addressed by CTPD before I can consider turning to any external agency such as any local regulatory agency, government, court, media or any other.

  • Except as provided in this Agreement, the Chrysler Parties hereby irrevocably waive the right to pursue any Claims with respect to the CTPD against any of the Daimler Parties or any of the Affiliates of any of the Daimler Parties, and all such Claims that do not arise pursuant to this Agreement have been fully, finally and forever settled and released.
