These General Terms for Transportation and Warehousing Services (General Terms) apply to and govern the supply of Services by CTI Logistics Limited (CTI) and/or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited to the Customer.
The maximum aggregated Liability of CTI Logistics Limited or any Affiliate of CTI Logistics Limited, as the case may be, under this clause 15.7 is limited to the Services provide by each of them only.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing within this clause 15.7 creates joint or several liability between CTI Logistics Limited and its Affiliates.
Where a Service is provided by CTI Logistics Limited liability shall not attach to any of its Affiliates and vice versa.
